You can now upload documents to notes in the platform to provide additional evidence and context for an entity and its assessments. To upload a document, open the notes panel, select the attachment icon, and choose the document you want to attach.

Use documents to support your notes and decision-making with relevant evidence and supporting information. Uploaded documents are available from the note they were attached to, and from the centralized Documents panel.
